After his close call with the law, Dammy Krane is giving praises to the Most High.

On Sunday, September 10, 2017, Dammy Krane attended a church thanksgiving service with his mother.

An elated Dammy Krane sang songs of praises during the service. This could just be a way of him showing appreciation to God for his recent travails.

On Friday, June 2, 2017, was arrested and jailed in Dade County, Miami for grand theft, identity fraud, and credit card fraud. The incident made for big news in Nigeria and Dammy Krane trended in Nigeria for some days.
After the church service, Dammy Krane put a reflective statement on his Snapchat. "My arrest was a call from God...it's MY TIME fr!"

He also had a few choice words for people who chase money endlessly and women also.
On August 17, 2017, Dammy Krane was cleared of credit card fraud. Two days later, Tap Jets the company who the singer allegedly defrauded revealed via a statement, that the singer is far from free and that no court has acquitted him.

The statement obtained from  Tapjets' Head of flight safety and security, Mr Konstantin, reads: "There is a 180-day delay in bringing full charges. Information from our attorney indicated that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is giving police full cooperation.
"This was why they asked for 180 days to bring big charges. So he is not free. Court record says "no action" it does not say "not guilty."
There has been no development on this statement released by Tap Jets.
Dammy Krane released a new song titled 'Hallelujah' on August 23, 2017, to celebrate his freedom.
